- Free stay and meals at Dehradun campus
- Research grant up to ₹50,000 (approved costs)

Educational
- Fellows: Master’s degree (or final-year student) in Public Policy, Law, Sociology, etc.
- Associates: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in social sciences or humanities).
